Privacy Statement Den Ouden Groep
This privacy statement explains how personal data is collected, why it is collected and what is done with it. Information is also provided on your rights as a data subject and how you can exercise these rights.

Purpose and legal ground
Den Ouden Groep processes personal data for the following purposes: offering and executing our services, the communication required for performance of the agreement, the processing of payments and the keeping of accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Tax and Customs Administration. Sending newsletters is done on grounds of consent, whereby you have the possibility to indicate that you no longer wish to receive the newsletters.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
In certain cases, when required for performance of an agreement, Den Ouden Groep will share personal data with third parties. This may occur when contracting subcontractors, partnership companies, self-employed individuals, temporary employees and interns.
We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process personal data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of personal data. Den Ouden Groep remains responsible for these processing operations. We agree with third parties that the data provided may only be used for the order in question.
Furthermore, we only share personal data if there is a statutory obligation to do so, such as, for example, registering the citizen service number (BSN) in the context of the Vicarious Liability Act.
Den Ouden Groep uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies on its websites. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone on your first visit to this website. The functional cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. Newsletters and mailings
For the purpose of providing information, we send newsletters and mailings to various target groups of the Den Ouden Group. If you did not wish to receive the mailing, you can unsubscribe, after which we will remove the data from our mailing system. If the newsletter is not opened 7 times in a row, the email address will automatically be removed from the list and you will no longer receive newsletters from Den Ouden Groep.
Photo and video material
We only use photos of which we own the ownership rights or of which the maker is known. In doing so, we treat image material with care. We ask people who have been photographed for permission for online and offline publication. It is possible that you do not (any longer) want your images to be placed on promotional material or on the Internet. Of course, you have the right to ask us to remove a photo of you.
Privacy of company data
All employees have accepted a duty of confidentiality with respect to company data. Personal data are processed exclusively by employees who, because of their position, need access thereto.
We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unsolicited disclosure and unauthorised alteration. If you feel that your data is not secure or there are indications of misuse, please contact us by means of the contact details below. We have taken software and device-related security measures to protect your personal data.
Right of access
You have the right to request at any time to request your data as stored with Den Ouden Groep.
Right of rectification
Are your data not correct? Or have your data changed? You have the right to have this rectified by Den Ouden Groep.
Right to data portability
If you need the data stored by Den Ouden Groep in order to switch to another party or service, you have a right of data portability. Den Ouden Groep will transfer all your data to the other party.
Right of erasure
Do you no longer want your data to be recorded by Den Ouden Groep? In that case, you have the right to have your data deleted, with the exception of data that are still subject to statutory obligation retention period.
Right to stop data use (objection)
Do you not want Den Ouden Groep to use your data? In that case, you have the right to stop the use of your personal data.
Right to disclose
Den Ouden Groep reserves the right to disclose the data when required to do so by law or when Den Ouden Groep considers such justified to comply with a legal request/proceedings or to protect the rights, property or safety of Den Ouden Groep.

We will also be happy to help you if you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data. If you do not agree with our actions, you are entitled under privacy law to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
